The main function of the cutting line is by means of a system of ultrasonic knives, to carry out precise cutting of delight pieces with fixed dimensions and shape, with possibilities for smooth correction of the cutting dimensions. After the product is manually placed in a tray, it is actively weighed and fed to an automated packaging line.
